Website analytics (optional)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage, improve the visitor experience and measure interactions with product pages and contact options.
Google Analytics is enabled only after you select “Accept analytics”. If you do not make a choice or select “Reject analytics”, Google Analytics is not loaded and analytics cookies are not set. Rejecting analytics does not affect essential website functionality.
With your consent, Google Analytics collects information about the pages viewed, approximate geographic location, device and browser type, and clicks on our WhatsApp, telephone and email links. We also record, without personal details, when our form service accepts a quote or catalogue request, the product types selected from the form’s fixed list, and the last product or category page viewed before the request.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_FXLRLVEE3B) that expire after up to 12 months. Google signals and advertising features are switched off, and we do not send names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or anything else you type into our forms to Google Analytics. We have set Google Analytics to retain event-level data for 14 months.
Your analytics choice
You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy settings” at the bottom of every page or the button below. Withdrawing consent stops analytics and removes Google Analytics cookies from your browser. Your choice is stored in your browser. We ask you to make a new choice after 12 months if you accept, after approximately 6 months if you reject, or when our analytics purposes materially change.
Quote and catalogue requests
Our quote and catalogue/submittal request forms send the details you enter, such as your name, company, phone number, email address and project details, through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an external service that forwards them to our company email address so that we can reply. FormSubmit states that it keeps form submissions for 30 days.
WhatsApp, telephone and email
If you contact us through these channels, the relevant service provider handles your message under its own terms.
Data retention
We retain general enquiries that have not resulted in quotations or projects, including correspondence received through our website forms, WhatsApp, telephone and email, normally for up to 12 months from the last communication, unless a legitimate business or legal need justifies longer retention.
Quotations, contracts, project-related correspondence, and business and accounting records are retained for as long as there is a genuine business or legal need to manage our operations, document transactions and meet our obligations, without a fixed retention period.
We review general enquiries monthly, and other retained records periodically, to check whether continued retention is necessary, and take appropriate steps to delete or anonymize records when they are no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Service providers outside Qatar
Google (for website analytics, after your consent) and FormSubmit (for delivering quote and catalogue/submittal requests to our company email address) may process data outside Qatar.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, review or correction of personal data we hold about you, or request its deletion where legally permitted. You may also withdraw consent for consent-based processing and object to certain processing activities in circumstances provided by law.

Changes to this notice
If our use of analytics or personal data changes, we will update this notice and, where needed, ask for your consent again.
