CoolX PE / XLPE / IXPE Foam Insulation

CoolX PE / XLPE / IXPE Foam Insulation is a closed-cell, flame-retardant, PVC-free polyolefin foam, available with factory-applied embossed aluminium foil facing and a repositionable acrylic adhesive, for thermal and sound insulation of ducts, roofs and walls. Thermal conductivity: 0.0327 W/(m·K) at 23 °C average (ASTM C518)
Fire (aluminium foil faced): Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 Part 6 & 7); UL 94 horizontal burn HF-1 (E193277)
Water absorption: < 0.1 % v/v (JIS K6767); permeability resistance factor μ > 80,000
Noise reduction coefficient: 0.20 at 12 mm and 0.30 at 25 mm (AS 1045)
Temperature range: −50 °C to +90 °C
Sheets and rolls 3–50 mm thick; pipe insulation from DN 15 to DN 600
Applications: ducts, roofs and walls where thermal insulation, moisture resistance, sound and vibration control matter
