The corner plate for pre-insulated duct is an L-shaped galvanized steel plate that bridges and strengthens the external 90° joint between two PI duct panel edges, so the corner does not separate under positive or negative duct pressure. The product page gives 50 × 50 mm legs in 1.2 mm galvanized steel, applied with PIR adhesive and/or duct sealant, in boxes of 100. In the CoolX accessories datasheet, the corner plate for the invisible profile is code 4360 for 20 mm panels and 4400 for 30 mm panels.
