Overview

The aluminium invisible flange is an extruded aluminium profile that joins pre-insulated duct panels with a concealed, flush connection, so no flange shows on the outside. It gives a continuous airtight seal along the whole joint and keeps the duct in shape under positive and negative pressure. Per the CoolX accessories datasheet it is made for 20 mm panels (code 4010) and 30 mm panels (code 4041), in 4 m lengths, and it is assembled together with corner plates and PIR adhesive.
