Flanges, corners and cleats are the parts that join rectangular GI duct sections. The TDC/TDF flange is a roll-formed galvanized steel flange system, the corner pieces reinforce TDC flange corners, and the drive cleats come as S-drive and standing drive types. Flanges are made in 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm widths from 1.0 mm galvanized steel, with bolt holes pre-punched at 150 mm centres, in hot-dip or electro-galvanized finish, and the joints follow SMACNA classifications.
